“Allegedly....” is a 6 track EP and is the Adjournments’ first recorded release. It’s release date is 23rd February 2007 on the band’s own independent label “Avizandum”.

The price is a mere £5 plus postage and packing.

What you get

The Adjournments wished to incorporate much of the energy, improvisation and cohesiveness of their live playing into the recording. Therefore, so far as possible, the tracks were recorded “live” in the studio. What you hear is what you get.

From the gentle jazzy ballad “Turn me on”, to the blistering, one take, no overdub rendition of “Red House”, there’s something on “Allegedly...” for everyone. It shows the band on top form, with Syd’s soaring vocals stealing the show.It’s well worth waiting for and is a worthy addition to anyone’s CD collection! A sonic tour-de-force indeed.
